Payments 

All course fees are non-refundable once paid. 

Rescheduling 

You may reschedule the same course, or transfer to another Food Safety Squad course of equal or lesser value, if you request it at least 48 hours before the session. Higher-value courses require payment of the difference. All changes are subject to availability. 

No-shows 

Missed sessions without at least 48 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled or transferred.

Changes by us 

If we change or postpone a session, we will offer an alternative date or course at no extra cost.
