Fees are as stated at booking or on the invoice. Payments are governed by our Refund & Rescheduling Policy. 

Courses and certificates 

Course details may change to meet Highfield requirements. Certification depends on attendance, assessment, and Highfield rules. A certificate is not guaranteed. 

Participation 

Join on time and follow session guidelines. 

Changes by us 

We may postpone or change a session. An alternative will be offered at no extra cost. 

Materials 

Course materials and website content belong to Food Safety Squad or our partners. Personal learning use only. No copying or redistribution without permission. 

Liability 

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for a booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking.

Governing law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
